I was lucky enough to attended 9 games this Season ..

This was a year to remember and its only getting better..

They cut the tape on brand new Stadium April 2nd 2009

Alex Rodriguez hits his 558th home run and I catch it May 19th 2009
They Broke the single season walk-off record with 15 *including Luis Castillo’s dropped pop up to end the game* on June 12th (a game which I happen to be in attendance for)
Mariano Rivera recorded his 500th save June 28th 2009 Against the Mets.
Melky Cabrera hit for the cycle August 4th 2009
Derek Jeter became the All Time Yankee Hit Leader on September 11th 2009
Alex Rodriguez Hits 2 homeruns and 7 RBI’s in one inning to complete the season with EXACTLY 30 homeruns and 100 RBI’s ..October 4th 2009
CC Sabathia Wins 19 Games
They finished the season with MLB’s best record,
win the American League East and earn home field advantage through out the play-offs
Won the ALDS in three Straight Games
Won ALCS to raise their 40th Pennant
