this was really friggin effed up to watch… yeah, the naked trippin wizard is not compying… and yes, the cops asksed him SEVERAL times to put on his clothes, and did so nicely…

but, these are three huge ass cops, and they have to tazer the living crap out of dude to get him on the ground? this woulda been alot less gorey if our police departments weren’t stuffed to the gills with leftover high-school bullies. And how many times do you really need to taze a dude, RIGHT IN HIS HEART?! man, that’s too much,… the cops are chumps for not being able to take this dude out swiftly and cleanly, no blood, no bullets, no batons, no electricity…

i’ve definitely noticed that the cops that are insecure have a FAR HIGHER propensity for brutality…
